State of Wellness LLC is an independent private practice focused on helping individuals who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns understand where those patterns come from and learn practical ways to use the body and breath to build healthier patterns and experience a greater state of wellness.

Understanding Patterns
Patterns are repeated ways of thinking, feeling, behaving, and responding that develop over time.
What often makes patterns difficult to change is repetition. Over time, patterns can begin to feel automatic and familiar, even when they no longer support a person’s wellbeing.
Many people find themselves repeating emotional, behavioral, or lifestyle patterns they want to change that leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, reactive, or stuck.
What feels like an unhealthy pattern can differ from person to person, but many people share common experiences that can leave them feeling emotionally, mentally, or physically stuck.

Therapy at State of Wellness combines traditional psychotherapy with body awareness and breathing-based practices to help individuals better understand the origins of unwanted or unhealthy patterns, build greater self-awareness and emotional regulation, and begin developing healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and responding.
